shares resources among its projects.
Participants assume various roles,
such as the roles of resources,
project-managers, etc.
- We simulate with considerable
fidelity a product-development
process that requires the resources
to multitask widely 2 , and we measure
the performance of the operation.
- We simulate a
product-development process that
uses EPM, and we measure performance
again.
- We discuss at length all that's
required of executives, for the
better operation to prevail.
