There is no magic in this system.  I've simply discovered how to organize resources and work more effectively.  As a result, clients are able to complete more projects, with their development-payroll.  For all practical purposes, clients get free projects year after year. 

The management system applies to product-development companies in the commercial sector, to institutions that perform IT projects, to architecture & engineering firms, and even to job-shops.
