Most modern
knowledge-work companies operate via
a shared-resource model. The
productivity of these companies is
measured correctly not by the duration
of the projects that the companies
complete but by the rate at which the
companies complete their projects.
So that the improvement in the
productivity of your company
might be determined quantitatively later, it is
useful to begin your deployment of the
Fast-Matrix model by measuring
the current rate at which your company
completes its projects. |
|
|
|
We can help you readily, with this
measurement. We need only the
end-dates of the projects that your company
has completed to date.
With these data we will calculate the mean
duration between completion-events and the
annual rate of completion. We'll even
give you an Excel worksheet with which you
can continue to monitor the completion-rate
simply by appending additional end-dates and
clicking a button. |

Of course, your information will remain
confidential at all times. |
